All our green coffee is subjected to controlled roasting from the beginning to the end of the cycle, to ensure constant drying of the coffee and a gradual increase in temperature inside the bean.

We create our blend with coffees of different origins, both Arabica and Robusta: the taste of the blend is sweeter and more aromatic if it is mainly produced from Arabica, while it is full-bodied and with a stronger taste if from Robusta.

To obtain a perfect, tasty and balanced espresso, it is essential that the ground coffee has the right bean size.

Once grinding is complete, we package the product immediately, so that the aromas of the coffee remain unaltered until the coffee is in the cup.
